Crafted With Precision

AquaWalls are fully manufactured in the United States. The process begins with extrusion, a method of shaping material by forcing it through a shaped opening in a die. This technique is used to embed the desired design into the acrylic material. Once the acrylic has been shaped, it undergoes a patented laser-etching process, which uses a high-precision laser to etch intricate details into the surface of the acrylic. The result is a durable acrylic panel that is visually striking and made with the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
